How to request deletion
Send an email to info@wingsofbusiness.com with the subject “Delete my data” and include:
- your name;
- the mobile number or email address you used with HybeCRM;
- your company name, if you signed up for a HybeCRM account.
To protect your data we may ask you to confirm the request from that mobile number or email address before we delete anything.
Facebook Login and WhatsApp Business
If you connected Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp Business to HybeCRM, we received the details needed to run that connection: your WhatsApp Business account and phone number IDs, an access token, your business profile name and the messages sent and received through the connection.
You can remove that connection yourself at any time:
- in HybeCRM, open Settings → WhatsApp and disconnect; or
- on Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select HybeCRM and choose Remove.
Removing the connection stops us receiving new data. To have the data we already received deleted, send the request described above.
What we delete
- your contact details from enquiries and the Get started form;
- your HybeCRM account, its users and its settings, including stored Meta and WhatsApp access tokens;
- leads, contacts, conversations and files stored in your account.
How long it takes
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Copies in our backups are removed as those backups expire, within a further 30 days. We will email you when it is done.
What we may have to keep
We keep invoices, payment records and other information only where the law requires us to, and only for as long as it requires. We do not use it for anything else.
If a business contacted you using HybeCRM
Businesses that use HybeCRM decide how their own leads and contacts are used. If a business contacted you through HybeCRM, please ask that business to delete your data. You can also write to us and we will pass your request on.
